What to expect
When you call we'll ask three or four questions about the job — what's happening, where it is, when you'd like us, and whether it's urgent. For quotes we usually pop round to the property in person rather than quote blind over the phone — call-outs for quotes are free.
For emergencies (no power, smell of burning, sparking) we'll prioritise and aim to be with you the same day where possible.
